2. Shipping Policy

PACT Act Compliance

Due to federal regulations under the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act, traditional carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL no longer transport vapor products to consumers.

To continue serving customers, Vapor Shark utilizes a network of independent shipping carriers that comply with all federal and state regulations.

Shipping Availability

Shipping availability depends on your delivery location.

  • If shipping is unavailable to your ZIP code during checkout, your area may not yet be covered by our carrier network.

  • Please ensure your account information is current and subscribe to our email notifications. We continually expand our delivery coverage and will notify you when shipping becomes available in your area.

Adult Signature Required

All vapor product shipments require:

  • An Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery.

  • A carrier Adult Signature Fee of $5.99, which will be added during checkout.

Orders cannot be delivered without successful age verification at the time of delivery.

3. Product Information

Vapor Shark products are intended exclusively for adult consumers.

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Nicotine is a highly addictive substance.

  • Nicotine products may affect circulatory and pulmonary health.

  • Vapor products deliver nicotine in a manner similar to traditional tobacco cigarettes and may present similar health risks.

If you experience any adverse effects while using our products, discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Vapor Shark does not make any medical claims regarding its products, including claims that they diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. Limited Warranty

Vapor Shark Devices

All Vapor Shark manufactured devices include a 120-day Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

Third-Party Devices

Devices manufactured by other brands include a 30-day Limited Warranty, unless otherwise specified.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty exclusions include, but are not limited to:

  • Dropped devices

  • Crushed or physically damaged devices

  • Damage caused by leaking e-liquid

  • Water damage

  • Bent tanks or atomizers

  • Damage caused by improper handling or negligence

  • Unauthorized modifications

Vapor Shark reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving warranty claims.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to health, safety, and sanitary reasons:

  • All e-liquid sales are final.

  • Opened or used e-liquids cannot be exchanged or returned because flavor preference is subjective.

  • Opened consumable products are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an incorrect item was shipped by Vapor Shark.

6. Authorized Retailers

Products purchased through unauthorized sellers are not covered by Vapor Shark's warranty.

Specifically:

  • eBay is not an authorized Vapor Shark reseller.

  • Devices purchased through eBay are not eligible for warranty service, although diagnostic repair services may be available.

7. Pricing and Typographical Errors

Although we strive for accuracy, pricing or product information may occasionally contain errors.

Vapor Shark reserves the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors.

  • Cancel orders placed using incorrect pricing.

  • Refuse any order resulting from typographical or pricing mistakes.

If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Retail Price Match Policy

The Vapor Shark Price Match Guarantee applies only to qualifying retail purchases.

Please note:

  • Online pricing and promotions generally cannot be matched in Vapor Shark retail stores unless specifically stated.

  • State and local taxes vary by location and remain the responsibility of the customer.
