Return & Refund Policy

At VaporShark.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return a product or believe you have received a defective item, please review the policy below before submitting your request.


Returns

If you decide that you no longer want a hardware product you purchased, you may be eligible to return it, provided the following conditions are met.

Retail Store Purchases

Hardware products purchased from a Vapor Shark retail location may be returned to any Vapor Shark retail store if:

  • The product is unused and unopened.

  • The return is made within 7 days of the original purchase date.

  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

Eligible products may be refunded or exchanged at the discretion of Vapor Shark.

Online Purchases

For products purchased through VaporShark.com, customers must contact our Customer Support team to initiate a return.

Unused and unopened hardware products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Customers must obtain return authorization before shipping any product back to Vapor Shark.


Hardware Return Policy

We understand that purchasing the wrong product can happen.

Eligible hardware products, including vape mods, tanks, and other hardware, may be returned if they meet all of the following requirements:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Returned within seven (7) days of purchase or delivery

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


Disposable Vape Policy

Due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements, all disposable vape sales are final.

Disposable vape devices cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened, activated, or used.

Defective Disposable Devices

If a disposable vape arrives defective or fails upon first use, customers must notify Vapor Shark within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the device and packaging

  • A short video demonstrating the issue

  • A description of the problem

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or store credit at Vapor Shark's discretion.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement.


E-Liquid Returns

All e-liquid sales are final.

Because e-liquids are consumable products, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Even with tamper-evident packaging, Vapor Shark cannot guarantee that returned e-liquids have not been altered. For the safety of all customers, opened or unopened e-liquids are not eligible for return or refund.


Defective Products

Vapor Shark offers warranty protection for eligible hardware products that are defective due to manufacturing defects.

A defective product is one that fails because of a manufacturing issue and not because of misuse or accidental damage.

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date unless otherwise covered by the manufacturer's warranty.


Damage Not Covered

The following conditions are considered customer-caused damage and are not covered under the defective return policy:

  • Devices that have been dropped

  • Crushed or bent devices

  • Damage caused by leaking e-liquid

  • Water damage

  • Physical abuse or misuse

  • Damage resulting from negligence

  • Normal wear and tear

Products damaged due to user error are not eligible for refund, exchange, or warranty replacement.


Requirements for Defective Returns

To process a defective return, customers must provide:

  • Original product packaging

  • Proof of purchase or receipt

  • Photos or a video clearly showing the defect

  • A written explanation describing the issue

Vapor Shark reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any warranty claim.


Coil Warranty

Replacement coils and atomizer heads are considered consumable products and are not eligible for return or replacement, except in the event of an official manufacturer recall.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The incorrect item was shipped by Vapor Shark, or

  • The return has been approved as a verified manufacturing defect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products.


Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Vapor Shark.
