Order Processing

Once your order has been placed and payment has been successfully verified, our fulfillment team begins preparing it for shipment.

PACT Act Compliant Shipping

Vapor Shark fully complies with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act and all applicable federal and state regulations governing the shipment of vapor products.

Because of these regulations, nicotine products cannot be shipped through many traditional delivery services. Instead, orders are transferred to authorized third-party carriers that are licensed to transport age-restricted products.

This process helps ensure every shipment is handled in accordance with legal requirements while maintaining a reliable delivery experience.
