- Vapor Shark
I absolutely love this Device!! I have been vaping for almost 7 years and I must say this is my favorite smaller design!! I must have a couple more for different places along my way during the day!! (I forget and lay it down).
This is my second one as my first one was defective. The pressure valve would get stuck and activate the device on its own.
Swapped it out for a new one, still happens sometimes but not as often. I find this one leaks allot near the top and into the mouth piece
at times at well. I love how small it is and how great it hits but I feel like I go through allot more fluid with this one.
Battery life is not so bad. Usually last me all night while I am out.
Really enjoyed the device even though it spat occasionally. Started to notice it would leak into the top underneath the mouth piece so i would remove the juice with a paper towel, a few days later pick it up from my desk and notice juice had leaked from the usb port. The leak spilled under the rubber gromit on top of the inhale detector and then the vaporizer would fire randomly sometimes for a few seconds other times until the cutoff and then start again. the plastic-rubber gromit need to be replaced with a metal tube or something that won't allow juice to get into the vapes internals or this product is just a bust.
vape noob - heavy smoker
The minnow was able to work fine the first day. My friend's minnow (bought at the same time) started vaping on its own after the first few pulls.
My minnow is reliable in that is gurgles and shoots out hot searing juice into my oral cavity on a consistent basis but not reliable for vapor in demand. That whole time I was using the 70 vg juice reccomend by the VaporShark shop. Also, my minnow has juice that just disapears the from tank and it has also started vaping on its own.
i have bought 80vg juice and the minnow is inoperable - no vapor and juice so hot it made my mouth never want to vape again. This may be a result of the minnow not being able to support 80vg, i dont know but i know that i would not reccomend this product to anyone.
My friend dropped his minnow the 3rd day which shattered the tank.
Vapes nicely.... on the first drag. After that it tastes burnt. I've tried different pg/vg ratios but still tastes burnt after a drag. Coils it came with were duds right off the bat. It's a great sized device, just wish it worked.
LOVE THIS THING.
My girlfriend loves it. It's so incredibly small! And you get a pretty decent hit... impressive.
I have been using this thing exclusively for the last 3 days and I wanted to give you guys my thoughts on it if you were interested in picking one up.
-holds 20%-30% more liquid than rated (you can fill 1/4" past the fill line safely)
-stainless steel coils (great flavor)
-handles max vg liquid very well
-battery life has been GREAT (will last an entire tank filling 1/4" past the fill line or probably a tank and a half filling regularly)
-fit and finish is flawless
-has not leaked a single drop
-comes with 3 drip tips, one of which being a 510 adapter- it's not just an uncomfortable drip tip)
-comes with vaporshark's warranty
-battery light flashes a second after vaping so you can see the level of battery if you can't see it while vaping
-charges in an hour or less
-has a more cylindrical shape than icare and feels a bit more high end
-has pass through
-has fired every single time with no issue
-airflow is perfect IMO
-can gurgle a bit with thinner liquids like 50/50 but has never leaked
-at this time no replacement coils available (although this is a VERY new device)
-had a bit of a "plasticky" taste at first, this could either be the coil breaking in or the fact that I did not wash it before my first fill. I also use a peppermint flavor for testing that is a very light, clean flavor and when I tried yig in it I could not pick up the taste
This little vape is impressive! I wanted to try high ohms again, after years of sub ohm dripping.
The Minnow is extremely small - unbelievably small. It's smaller than a keyless car entry remote, comparable to a cigarette lighter in size.
You can do a long lung inhale when the coil is sufficiently primed, and get good vapor the whole time. The buttonless design is really nice and natural, I hope this feature can be added to larger boxes, it feels way more natural than hitting a big clunky button. Vapor production is more than I expected.
Moving from 3mg/ml, 0.3 ohms, 80W, to the Minnow is obviously a very different vaping experience, but I'm sure I'll carry this with me everywhere. I bumped up to 12mg/ml for the Minnow.
